A reconstruction of the Bank of Montreal Building which was originally built on Jasper Avenue and 99 Street in 1903.
In 1905 the Bank of Montreal moved to a new building at 100a Street and Jasper Avenue. From 1905 to 1934 the building's tenants included a real estate firm, 3 different clothiers and finally the Davies Furniture Exchange. In 1934 the building was demolished.
